Our company is engaged in the manufacture of equipment for the collection and disposal of oil and drill cuttings, purification of oily water, dehydration of fuel oil and oil waste mixtures, as well as the regeneration of certain types of waste oils.

The volumes of oil pollution and oily waste are annually estimated at 30 million m3 / year. As a rule, oil pollution and wastes get into water and soil in the process of oil extraction and transportation, production of oil products, as well as during the cleaning of oil-containing tanks.

Historical oil pollution formed over the past decades, which arose in the process of extracting, producing or transporting petroleum products, is no less dangerous for the environment and is estimated at hundreds of millions of m3.

Due to differences in composition, it is customary to divide oil pollution into water polluted with oil products, (liquid) sludge and contaminated soil.

The content of oil and solids in oil-polluted water does not exceed, as a rule, 5%. Nevertheless, even a small amount of oil in water makes it unsuitable for further use and causes great damage to the environment.

Oil sludge


The main part of the contaminated soil is directly the soil itself (including sand, clay, etc.) and mechanical impurities. The content of oil and / or finished petroleum products and / or water in polluted soil is not so significant and does not exceed on average 10%.

Oil pollution causes great damage to the environment. As a rule, the utilization of oil sludge and oil contaminated soils is not carried out due to the lack of equipment and effective processing technologies.

Our company offers both separate installations for the processing of each type of waste, as well as a comprehensive one-stop solution for cleaning oil sludge, contaminated soil and oil-polluted water.

The use of modular complexes, mounted on the basis of an open frame or standard sea containers, allows you to work offline and have the possibility of mobile transportation to the place of the necessary complex of works.

Depending on the configuration, they can carry out the following types of separation:

• separation of the solid phase from the liquid (thickening of the sediment),

• coarse separation of liquids with solid separation,

• fine separation for final purification of selected water, hydrocarbons or other liquids.

Decanter centrifuges and disc separators from leading European manufacturers are used as separation equipment.

The composition, functionality and characteristics of the modules are always selected individually, in accordance with the Terms of Reference and in accordance with the input materials parameters and the required output parameters.
